Improving Lives – Transport Services

Improving Lives provides a door-to-door transport service to assist our clients in attending non-emergency medical appointments and social outings if they have no other transport options. An Improving Lives driver will collect our client from home and drive them to their appointment.

Improving Lives understands the importance of staying connected with your community. Our caring and qualified care workers will pick you up and drive you anywhere you want to go, whether it is to attend a medical appointment, go shopping, catch up with a friend, or participate in a family gathering or community event.
